Cloud Transformation Architect (Remote position) (m/f)

Experis Luxembourg is currently looking for an innovative Cloud Transformation Architect to lead a SAFe Agile Release Train (ART) focused on transforming services to the cloud. This is a remote position.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead ART: Oversee the migration of hosting services to the cloud within the SAFe framework.
• Cloud Architecture Development: Create and implement a cloud architecture roadmap that emphasizes scalability, security, and performance.
• Design & Implementation: Develop high-level cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ensure integration with existing services, adhering to best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Agile teams, Product Managers, and Business Owners to translate architectural work into actionable features during PI planning.
• Continuous Improvement: Assess emerging technologies and best practices to enhance cloud strategy and execution.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure cloud environments meet compliance and security standards.
• Mentorship: Provide architectural guidance and leadership to development teams, ensuring alignment with cloud transformation strategies.
• Stakeholder Communication: Engage with senior stakeholders to communicate progress and alignment of architecture with organizational goals.

Your profile:

• Bachelor or Master’s in Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in IT architecture, system design, and cloud technologies.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience leading ARTs within a SAFe framework; certifications such as SAFe Architect or SAFe Agilist are preferred.
• Proficient in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP with experience in cloud migration strategies.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and serverless computing.
• Solid understanding of security practices in cloud environments.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale cloud transformation projects.
