Project Manager Management Trainee

Bybit is looking for a highly motivated Project Management Office Management Trainee to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the management of one or more business lines by helping identify and resolve team, project, and collaboration issues in the R&D process;
• Support the project management of cross-departmental platform application software development/operations projects;
• Ensure smooth cross-departmental collaboration for company-level and department-level projects;
• Participate in the full lifecycle management of company-level and department-level projects—including R&D planning, scheduling, quality control, and risk management to help drive project success;
• Manage the formulation and implementation of R&D management standards, processes, and collaboration mechanisms;
• Contribute to the design and analysis of R&D metrics;
• Lead efforts to drive and improve R&D efficiency by helping introduce new project management practices to software development and business teams;

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering;
• Priority given to those with on-campus software and hardware project research and development, testing internship experience;
• Familiarity with R&D management methodologies, processes, and collaboration mechanisms, with proven ability in planning and organization being a plus;
• Strong cross-team communication skills with empathy and coordination abilities;
• Good teamwork and collaborative spirit;
• Proficient in English, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
