Senior Front End Developer (React)

Guru Pay is an EMI based in Lithuania with a goal to deliver a personalized boutique service to B2B, B2C and C2B customers. Our team is small, yet highly ambitious in delivering high tier service for our business accounts.

What will you do:

Lead the design and development of responsive and user-friendly web applications using React;
Collaborate with product management, data and back-end developers, to deliver a cohesive product;
Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards;
Design and implement testing strategies to ensure product performance reliability;
Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and retrospectives;
Improve the software development process and practices

What we expect:

This is a senior role, which is why we expect 5+ years of experience as a front-end engineer;
Strong English language skills;
Permit to work in Lithuania;
Availability to regularly come to Vilnius' office while working in a hybrid model;
Solid knowledge of React and web development (Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, Typescript);
Up to date knowledge of current Web UI best practices and usability concepts;
Experience with front-end architecture, packing, best practices, dev process;
Front-end routing;
Understanding REST API concepts;
An independent and responsible individual, who doesn't need to be asked twice to speak their mind

Nice to Have Skills:

Knowledge of PHP is not required but will be part of your learning journey;
Experience in working with designs in Figma;
TanStack Query, Tailwind CSS, SEO;
Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Slack
