Key Skills

Understanding of networking concepts such as DHCP, DNS, VLAN, IGMP, Multicast, …
Customer-oriented approach with good verbal and written communication skills
Basic proficiency in Linux command line.
Basic proficiency in network switches configuration.

Key Responsibilities

First-level technical support for IPTV and network services.
Provide clear guidance and support to technical and non-technical users.
Uphold high customer satisfaction through professional client interactions.
Collaboration with senior engineers for complex issues resolution

Experience

Experience in Hospitality sector would be desirable.
Experience in IPTV systems would be desirable
