Senior Product Designer in our office in Dubai

This is a critical role for a designer who thrives in complex fintech environments, values user-centric problem solving, and can transform product vision into elegant, scalable, and responsive interfaces.

You’ll work across a portfolio of initiatives, supporting three core product domains: Client Engagement, Partnerships, and Trading Platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers to understand user needs, define problems, and co-create platform experiences that drive engagement, satisfaction, and usability.
• Translate complex user workflows into intuitive, visually compelling interfaces across mobile, tablet, and desktop environments.
• Design wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and user flows that reflect deep understanding of trader behaviors, partner logic, and financial interaction models.
• Create and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure consistent UI across platforms.
• Conduct and support user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to validate concepts and iterate designs.
• Partner with developers to ensure design intent is delivered accurately and efficiently.
• Advocate for UX best practices and accessibility in every product initiative.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing design solutions aligned with development timelines and scope.

You’ll Be Designing For:

• Client Engagement: Incentive journeys, loyalty dashboards, and lifecycle touchpoints.
• Partnerships: IB dashboards, rebate structures, onboarding workflows and reporting tools.
• Trading Platforms: Trade execution journeys, chart interactions, mobile optimization, and responsive layouts.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent visual design skills with attention to hierarchy, typography, and brand alignment.
• Strong UX sensibility with the ability to simplify complex user flows.
• Data-informed mindset, using research and usage analytics to drive design decisions.
• Effective communicator who can defend design rationale and lead collaborative sessions.
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.

Experience Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, ideally within fintech, trading, or high-complexity digital platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design thinking and impactful product experiences across devices.
• Deep understanding of interaction design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and data teams in Agile environments.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, and Jira.
• Experience with design systems and component-based UI frameworks.
