Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to join our team. This role will focus on developing and deploying intelligent systems that enhance key business areas such as trading, brokerage services, KYC/AML, client onboarding, customer support, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy RAG-based LLM systems to support key business use cases in trading, brokerage services, onboarding, support, and compliance.
• Integrate LLMs (e.g., Claude, OpenAI, open-source models) with secure financial data pipelines and internal tools.
• Manage and optimize Databricks-based ML pipelines, embedding workflows, and vector storage.
• Build MLOps frameworks (CI/CD, model versioning, testing, rollback) for real-time and batch financial systems.
• Work with internal stakeholders to create AI-powered tools for:
• KYC/AML document processing
• Regulatory compliance checks
• Client communication summarization
• Market sentiment extraction
• Maintain security, privacy, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, VARA, SCA).
• Monitor and log model performance, usage, and financial impact across applications.
• Lead prompt engineering, context window optimization, and cost-performance trade-offs.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years in MLOps or AI Infrastructure roles.
• Solid experience with LLM deployment and RAG pipelines, ideally in trading or fintech.
• Proficient in Python, LangChain, MLflow, Databricks, and vector DBs
• Experience with Databricks SQL, Delta Lake, and embedding search in a financial context.
• Comfortable integrating and scaling Claude, OpenAI, or similar LLM APIs.
• Hands on Experience with AWS, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and data orchestration tools.
• Deep understanding of security protocols, API token handling, and permissioning within financial systems.
