About you:

We are seeking a proactive Junior Cloud Engineer to support and deliver infrastructure transformation projects, with a strong focus on server migrations between data centres. The successful candidate will work as part of a collaborative team, contributing their solid technical foundation and hands-on experience in enterprise IT environments to ensure seamless project execution. Flexibility with working hours is essential, as some project phases may require support outside of standard business hours to accommodate critical migration windows and minimise disruption.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Support server and service migrations across data centres.

• Provide troubleshooting and 2nd line support for infrastructure-related issues

• Develop and implement a launch plan for responsible product, working closely with all departments to execute the plan.

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless execution of transformation activities.

• Create and maintain technical documentation for systems, configurations, and migration processes.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in an IT support or infrastructure engineering role.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, can-do attitude

• Experience with tools such as Zerto and HCX VMWare

• Citrix knowledge
