Manager/Senior Manager – Restructuring - Strategy Consulting

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to join a highly dynamic and rapidly expanding restructuring practice within a leading European startegy advisory boutique in Amsterdam. This role offers exposure to complex turnaround situations across a wide range of sectors, with meaningful responsibility from day one.

Your Role

• Lead financial restructuring and business recovery projects for mid-sized and large clients.
• Coordinate the development of turnaround strategies, cash flow analysis, and stakeholder presentations.
• Serve as a key client contact, guiding negotiations and strategic discussions.
• Mentor junior consultants and analysts through complex mandates.
• Actively support business development and contribute to pitch processes.

Ideal Background

• Master's degree in Finance, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in restructuring, transaction services, or financial advisory.
• Advanced modeling and liquidity planning skills.
• Fluent English.
• Adaptable, proactive, and eager to take ownership in a collaborative setting.
