About The Role

As our Digital Marketing Assistant, you'll have the chance to make our team more effective across a range of fields. You'll thrive in this role if you're someone who enjoys learning and adapting quickly to new challenges. We're excited for you to join us in exploring and contributing to various areas of marketing, including e-commerce, paid advertising, and data analytics. Your Daily Tasks Will Entail

• Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of promotional campaigns.
• Maintain and update the e-commerce website related store, including products, images, and store branding.
• Monitor campaign and product performance, identifying trends and recommending optimizations to improve conversions.
• Analyze marketing and sales data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and inventory or operational constraints.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• No experience or minimal experience in digital marketing.
• Started higher education in marketing, business, or communications. Or professional secondary education in related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Great written, spoken, and interpersonal communication skills (in English, Latvian).
• Willingness to try various digital marketing directions.
• Willingness to learn and become our next Junior Digital Marketing Specialist.
