Key Responsibilities

  • Define the overarching vision and strategy for UI, UX, and CX across all our live casino games and platforms;
  • Ensure consistent design language, usability, and accessibility across all in-game systems and user touchpoints;
  • Establish and maintain standards and best practices for UI/UX/CX processes, documentation, and quality benchmarks;
  • Advocate for the player—translate complex game systems into clear, intuitive, and engaging interfaces;
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and design workshops to generate innovative game concepts, mechanics, and interaction models;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with art, engineering, product, and business teams to align visual design, technical implementation, and strategic goals;
  • Mentor, lead, and inspire game designers and UI/UX professionals, fostering a culture of design excellence and collaboration;
  • Design and produce wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate and test design ideas;
  • Oversee high-quality implementation of UI/UX across development phases, ensuring final product fidelity and performance;
  • Follow internal workflows, structures, and processes to ensure consistency, collaboration, and alignment across all design efforts.
  • Drive the design and iteration of core gameplay systems, progression mechanics, and user interfaces to enhance player engagement and retention;
  • Conduct playtesting sessions, analyze feedback, and player data to inform design improvements and refine experiences;
  • Lead design reviews and provide clear, actionable feedback to design team members;
  • Serve as a bridge between the game design team and other departments, ensuring clarity, alignment, and resolution of design-related issues;
  • Present design concepts, prototypes, and recommendations to internal stakeholders, leveraging player insights and market trends to guide product direction;
  • Design and direct high-level UI animations and studio-driven motion graphics for enhanced visual communication;
  • Perform other duties as required, consistent with the scope and responsibility of the role.
