Data Analyst

At Aluxion, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our team, working with one of our clients in the pharmaceutical sector. This company contributes to healthcare through innovative drugs and diagnostic solutions.

In this role you will be instrumental in transforming complex data into actionable insights, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Your work will directly support strategic and operational decision-making within the client's organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, develop technical specifications, and implement robust data solutions
• Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover critical insights, trends, and patterns that drive strategic and operational decision-making
• Design and maintain impactful dashboards and reports using Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating intricate business questions into clear analytical tasks and ensuring data solutions are perfectly aligned with business objectives
• Design and develop sophisticated data models and data warehouses in Snowflake
• Develop and maintain efficient ETL processes to seamlessly move data from various source systems to Snowflake
• Create and maintain views, stored procedures, and other critical database objects
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst in a senior capacity, with significant expertise in Snowflake
• In-depth understanding of Snowflake's architecture and best practices
• Hands-on experience with AWS
• Strong proficiency in SQL and extensive experience working with large datasets
• Hands-on experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing
• Solid understanding of data visualization tools
