Senior Program/Project Manager (with Procurement Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate ICT procurement processes across multiple divisions, ensuring alignment with budget and risk guidelines.
• Act as a liaison between procurement, legal, and ICT teams to reduce unnecessary involvement from technical staff.
• Oversee end-to-end tender management—from drafting to contract finalization—for ICT-related products and services.
• Establish streamlined governance practices around tendering to minimize procedural missteps.
• Perform pre-assessments of procurement needs to reduce redundant efforts within ICT teams.
• Maintain active vendor relationships: organize briefings, manage contracts, and track performance.
• Continuously enhance documentation, templates, and process workflows; deliver structured quarterly reporting on process improvements.
• Benchmark existing vendor agreements every six months and develop strategies to reduce cost and mitigate risks.

Profile:

• Proven experience leading ICT procurement and project coordination within regulated or complex environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills to constructively challenge and align with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Autonomous and collaborative: able to work independently while sharing knowledge to foster team growth.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate operational needs into process improvements.
