Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced Program Manager – Digital Transformation to lead enterprise-level digital initiatives within our EMS operations. This role will be responsible for the planning and execution of :

  • Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementations to enable real-time process control and traceability.
  • The candidate will oversee deployment of Asset Health Monitoring solutions to enhance equipment reliability and minimize unplanned downtime.
  • They will direct the development and integration of Digital Twins, including Process and Factory Twins, to facilitate predictive analytics and process optimization.
  • The Program Manager will drive Building Management System (BMS) implementation for smart facility management and energy efficiency.
  • They will champion the transition toward Lights-Out manufacturing capabilities by advancing automation and connected systems.
  • This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, IT, and quality, ensuring alignment with digital roadmaps.
  • The candidate will establish and track program KPIs, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, and cost commitments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in EMS manufacturing environments and digital transformation best practices is essential.
  • This leadership role reports to senior management and plays a key role in shaping the future of digitally enabled manufacturing within the organization.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Program Planning and Execution: Define program objectives, scope, deliverables, and success metrics. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between teams, executives, and external partners. Effectively communicate program updates, milestones, and challenges. Foster alignment among diverse stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
  • Status / Impact Tracking and Reporting: Implement strategy reviews and dashboards to monitor program performance. Prepare and present status reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Continuous Improvement: Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned. Recommend improvements for future programs or processes.
  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with leadership to ensure programs align with business goals and strategies. Ensure initiatives contribute to long-term value creation and competitive advantage.

  • Proven ability to develop and manage the strategic program lifecycle.
  • Aware about manufacturing key functions (Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations) and levers to efficiency.

Qualification:


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (any field) is required; MBA is preferred.
  • Certifications: Proficiency in AI/ML, Digital Transformation, and Strategy.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in Electronics Manufacturing, encompassing both technical and business aspects, with a focus on strategic programs such as Digital Transformation and Operational Excellence. (is preferred)
