📊 Data Scientist – Flexibility & Grid Analytics (Energy Sector | Brussels | Hybrid)

For one of our key clients in the energy sector, we're looking for a Data Scientist with strong analytical and Python skills to help shape the future of the electricity market.

You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary product team that supports system balancing and flexibility mechanisms (think price-based consumption, EVs, and real-time forecasting).

📌 What you’ll work on:

• Analyze system imbalances and flexibility trends
• Model consumer response to price signals (installed vs available vs activated flexibility)
• Support internal data science initiatives to optimize electricity market mechanisms
• Collaborate with business and energy market teams

🎯 What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist
• 5+ years of Python (data modeling, large datasets, ML/statistics)
• Energy sector experience or strong interest
• Fluent in English – French or Dutch is a plus

📍 Location: Brussels (2 days/week onsite)
