Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creation of high-impact user interfaces and compelling brand creatives. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of user-centered design, paired with a strong visual sense for brand storytelling across digital marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UI/UX design for websites, landing pages, and key user journeys across devices.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design systems that enhance usability and performance.
- Drive the creative direction for brand campaigns, digital ads, and social media content.
- Collaborate with product, tech, and marketing teams to align design efforts with business goals.
- Ensure consistency in visual language across product and brand touchpoints.
- Guide and mentor a team of designers and creative professionals.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to keep pace with trends and platform needs.
- Deliver high-quality outputs across multiple fast-moving projects.
- 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX and visual design, preferably in e-commerce.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
- Solid grasp of digital creative needs (Google, Meta, CRM, etc.)
- Experience leading creative teams and managing workflows.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
