Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Manager/Business Development– IT Services and Solutions to lead and grow our IT enterprise sales division in Doha, Qatar. This role is pivotal in driving business development for our portfolio of IT solutions—including digital transformation, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, managed services, Gen AI and enterprise applications. As a senior leader in a large enterprise, you will be responsible for both strategic direction and hands-on execution to achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Define and execute a high-impact sales strategy aligned with organizational goals in the Qatari and GCC market.
- Develop go-to-market plans for complex IT offerings tailored to enterprise and government clients.
- Drive enterprise account planning, including territory management, account segmentation, and pipeline development.
Business Development & Account Management
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across sectors (e.g., oil & gas, banking, government, healthcare).
- Build and nurture long-term C-level relationships to position the company as a strategic IT partner.
- Deliver tailored solution proposals and presentations that address key client challenges.
Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of senior sales executive, solution consultants, and business development executives.
- Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and mentor the team for skills and results enhancement.
- Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
Collaboration & Solution Integration
- Work closely with pre-sales, solution architects, delivery, and product teams to design end-to-end client solutions.
- Coordinate with marketing and strategic alliances to drive demand-generation campaigns and joint offerings.
Sales Operations & Forecasting
- Own the sales forecasting process; track KPIs such as pipeline velocity, conversion rates, revenue growth, and customer acquisition cost.
- Ensure accurate CRM data management, compliance with pricing policies, and timely reporting to leadership.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Business (Master’s/MBA preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum 10 – 15 years of experience in B2B/enterprise IT solutions sales at sales manager or leadership role.
- Strong background in selling to enterprise, public sector, and semi-government clients in the GCC region.
- Proven success in selling complex IT solutions such as cloud computing, data center, cybersecurity, ERP/CRM systems, or managed services.
Skills & Competencies:
- Deep understanding of Qatar’s digital ecosystem and regulatory/commercial landscape.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with large enterprise/government clients.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with executional rigor.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
