Rate: $35-$40/hr

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Product Specialist to join a leading Canadian financial services organization and help deliver best-in-class digital experiences across a broad product portfolio. This role will focus on enhancing client, advisor, and operations experiences—particularly through telephony and omni-channel capabilities—while aligning strategic business goals with digital delivery. You’ll be responsible for defining and communicating a compelling product vision, building and maintaining a roadmap, and managing the end-to-end digital product lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of user needs and stakeholder priorities, advocates for the client experience, and drives innovative solutions to support and improve digital products at scale.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Specialist or similar with experience working on onboarding journeys/email marketing expertise
• Analytical business background with experience in a technology/digital environment
• Great written and verbal communication skills with the ability to speak effectively
• Skills in PowerPoint

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Insurance/financial services experience
• UX certifications in UX research/design
• Experience working on front end client experience
