Key Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional teams consisting of technical roles and product analysts:

As a project manager, you will lead cross-functional teams with diverse technical expertise and product knowledge composed of individuals with diverse technical expertise and product knowledge. You will coordinate team efforts, foster collaboration, and ensure effective teamwork, foster collaboration, and ensure that the team works together effectively towards project goals.

Guide and review all configuration and solution architecture decisions – both functional and technical:

You will oversee and review all configurations and solution architecture decisions (functional and technical). This includes assessing the feasibility and suitability of different solutions from both functional and technical perspectives. Your guidance will ensure that the chosen configurations and architecture align with the project requirements and best practices.

Prepare and conduct project meetings with clients:

As a project manager, you will be responsible for organizing and facilitating various project meetings with clients. This includes scoping workshops to define project requirements, status meetings to provide updates on project progress, and steering meetings to discuss strategic decisions and directions. Effective communication and presentation skills are crucial in conveying information to clients.

Communicate the project's overall progress to senior stakeholders:

You will be the primary point of contact for all stakeholders and will be responsible for providing regular updates on the project's overall progress. This involves preparing reports, presentations, and other communication materials to effectively convey project status, milestones achieved, and any potential challenges or risks.

Ensure the project roadmap supports the Sales team and business objectives:

As a project manager, you will work closely with the Sales team and align the project roadmap with their objectives. This involves understanding the needs and expectations of the customer, as well as the broader business objectives, and ensuring that the project's direction and deliverables contribute to the success of both.

Define and assess project risks, both technical and non-technical:

You will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and managing project risks. This includes assessing risks from both technical and non-technical perspectives, such as potential challenges in development, resource constraints, or external factors that may impact the project's success. You will develop mitigation plans to address these risks and ensure the project stays on track.

Lead a project from start to finish:

As the project manager, you will have end-to-end responsibility for the successful delivery of the project. This involves collaborating with teammates from various disciplines, such as strategy, business analysis, and development, to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach throughout the project lifecycle.

General Requirements:

• MSc or BSc degree in Computer Science or a similar degree;
• Minimum with at least 5-7 years of experience in project management would be desirable;
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and leading technical projects. They should have a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, as well as the ability to apply them effectively in situations where processes are not well-established;
• Background in Financial Services / Processing Services is a Plus;
• Tenacious, self-starter who thrives in understanding the details of complex, cross-functional projects and can effectively distill into actionable project plans;
• Organizational communication, and teamwork skills with an analytical view on maximizing productivity, with a focus on value and not getting caught up on process;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Eager to ask questions and understand business and product objectives;
• Inherently curious about how things work and the ability to self-educate when necessary;
• Dynamism, proactivity, ability to lead;
• Speaks & writes English fluently.

Competencies:

• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies;
• Experience working with project management tools such as, MS Project, Confluence, Jira;
• Experience with Scrum or Kanban lean method is a plus;
• One or more of the following certifications: PMP, CSM, PSM, CSPO, KMP.
