Graphic Designer (Product, Packaging, DTP)

G-Rollz is an Amsterdam-based lifestyle brand with a strong international presence in the cannabis accessories space. Our products are known for their bold design and consistent visual identity, helping us build one of the most recognizable lines in the industry.

As we continue to grow across global markets, we’re looking for a designer to build on this foundation and contribute to the next phase of our visual development.

Responsibilities

• Design product packaging and visual assets from initial concept to print-ready files
• Work directly with the Brand Lead to develop and refine the brand’s visual direction
• Present design concepts and ideas for feedback and approval
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to support product launches, campaigns, and content creation
• Prepare production-ready artwork and work with suppliers to ensure high-quality execution
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor packaging, and materials
• Develop supplemental assets for products including inserts, labels, and digital mockups

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in packaging or product design (consumer goods preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Strong understanding of design principles including layout, color, typography, and branding
• Ability to take ownership of projects and manage timelines independently
• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly present ideas
• Familiarity with packaging production processes and material options
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and consistency
