Financial Analyst

Your day-to-day:

• Prepare and own monthly financial analysis and reporting deliverables
• Analyse sector-relevant KPIs by collaborating with different stakeholders and the management
• Perform ad-hoc value creation analyses to support business units and senior management
• Participate in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Assist in any M&A activities, including financial due diligence and scenario analysis
• Analyze historical trends and recommend actions or improvements to financial outcomes
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial records and reports
  
  
  

Your skills & experience:

• 2+ years of experience in finance, advisory, audit, business analytics or related field
• Higher education degree in finance, economics, business administration, accounting or related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable conclusions from data
• Experience in monthly reporting, budgeting, and financial planning
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a can-do attitude
• Proficient in Excel and financial modelling, with familiarity in business intelligence tools
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in both English and Lithuanian languages
  
  
  

Nice to have:

• Certifications or ongoing enrollment in professional qualifications such as CFA, ACCA, etc
• Experience in M&A process
• Experience with Power BI/ Tableau or advanced data visualization tools
  
  
  

Salary:

• Gross salary: 2100 – 4100 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies
