Human Resources Associate II
12 months contract with extension possible
Are you passionate about people, culture, and driving impactful HR initiatives?
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Associate II to join our team and act as a trusted advisor to leaders, managers, and employees across the organization.
What You’ll Do
As a People Partner, you’ll:
- Coach and support managers and employees on HR processes and key lifecycle moments.
- Drive initiatives in talent acquisition, performance management, learning, and employee engagement.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts and foster a culture of psychological safety.
- Lead local implementation of organizational changes and transformation projects.
- Collaborate with works councils/unions and ensure compliance with local employment regulations.
- Use data and analytics to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
- Promote continuous improvement in HR service delivery and employee experience.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in HR business partnering, employee relations, or generalist roles.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence across boundaries.
- Experience with organizational change, DEI, and HR compliance.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
