Human Resources Associate II

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Associate II to join our team and act as a trusted advisor to leaders, managers, and employees across the organization.

What You’ll Do

As a People Partner, you’ll:

• Coach and support managers and employees on HR processes and key lifecycle moments.
• Drive initiatives in talent acquisition, performance management, learning, and employee engagement.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts and foster a culture of psychological safety.
• Lead local implementation of organizational changes and transformation projects.
• Collaborate with works councils/unions and ensure compliance with local employment regulations.
• Use data and analytics to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
• Promote continuous improvement in HR service delivery and employee experience.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in HR business partnering, employee relations, or generalist roles.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence across boundaries.
• Experience with organizational change, DEI, and HR compliance.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
