Data Reporting Analyst

🚨 Looking for: HR Data Reporting Specialist (SAP BO/UNX) – Brussels (Hybrid 50/50) 🚨

Our client, a major player in the financial sector is looking for a skilled HR Data Reporting Specialist to join their HR Data Analytics team during a large-scale SAP transformation project.

You’ll be responsible for leading the migration from UNV to UNX in SAP BO, ensuring stable reporting infrastructure, and enabling high-quality data for advanced HR analytics.

🔧 What you’ll be doing

• Lead the SAP BO universe migration (UNV → UNX)
• Optimize SAP BW data structures to fit the new environment
• Extract, transform & load data from SAP HR, BW, Oracle & SQL
• Build and maintain reliable data pipelines
• Use MS Access & VBA for advanced data manipulation
• Validate and test data structures to ensure consistency
• Collaborate with HR, IT & Analytics teams
• Train stakeholders and support the transition to UNX
• Translate business needs into efficient data/reporting solutions
• Support SAP BO report development and integration with tools like Power BI

🎯 What we’re looking for

• 6+ years in a data reporting/analytics role
• Strong experience with SAP BO, SAP BW, UNV/UNX migration
• Solid background in Oracle, SQL, SAS EG
• Bonus: SAP 4HANA, DAX, Python
• Previous experience in banking or financial data environments
• Preferably familiar with HR data and reporting metrics
• Business-level Dutch, French & English required
• Analytical mindset, strong communication, and able to work independently
