We are seeking a full-time, hybrid Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our team in Istanbul (with flexible remote options). In this role you will design, develop and deploy AI-driven speech and audio applications, as well as build and maintain the scalable infrastructure that powers them.

• Architect, implement and optimize real-time lip-sync and speech-to-speech pipelines

• Develop and fine-tune deep learning models for speech synthesis (TTS), speech recognition (STT) and voice conversion

• Integrate NLP and generative audio modules into production services

• Containerize services using Docker, helm charts and manage their lifecycle

• Design, provision and operate Kubernetes clusters and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) for high-availability, auto-scaling workloads

• Collaborate with frontend/backend teams to expose APIs and SDKs for audio-AI capabilities

• Monitor performance, troubleshoot production issues, and continuously improve reliability and latency

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Strong foundation in pattern recognition, neural networks and signal processing

• Hands-on experience developing lip-sync, speech-to-speech or related audio-AI technologies

• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and relevant audio-AI libraries (e.g., Nvidia NeMo, ESPnet)

• Proven experience building and operating containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure) and IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)

• Solid software engineering skills: API design, CI/CD pipelines, version control

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams

• Prior contributions to open-source speech-AI projects or published research in speech processing

• Experience with GPU acceleration, real-time streaming frameworks (gRPC, Kafka)

• Knowledge of Helm, Argo CD or similar GitOps tooling

• Background in multilingual NLP, prosody modeling or speaker adaptation

• Fluency in Turkish and English
