Job Description

HR Administration & Compliance

  • Prepare and manage employment documentation (contracts, amendments, termination letters).
  • Ensure accurate administration of employee absences, vacations, time credit requests, and medical certificates.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, personnel files, and digital records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support the monthly payroll process in coordination with payroll providers and finance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating recruitment for non-sports roles.
  • Conduct initial interviews and exit interviews in collaboration with the HR Manager.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee journey.

HR Projects & Culture

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of HR projects such as digital transformation, performance processes, or policy development.
  • Propose improvements to optimize HR operations and employee experience.
  • Support initiatives related to company culture, wellbeing, and internal communication.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related questions, offering clear and supportive guidance.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Provide accurate and timely HR reports and data analyses upon request.
  • Track HR KPIs and help monitor trends in employee turnover, absenteeism, and engagement.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Solid knowledge of Belgian labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch, with a good command of French and a strong working knowledge of English.
  • Service-minded, approachable, and solutions-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
