We are looking for a QA Project Manger

We are looking strictly into Quality Assurance.

Please avoid application if you dont have experience in QA or RA as a Project Manger in Life Sciences, Biotech, Biosimilar Industry

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

• Set project timeline
• Monitor project deliverables
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Preferred in CGT driven companies

1. Project planning & execution: Managing timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple projects.
2. Risk management: Identifying, mitigating, and managing technical, regulatory, and operational risks.
3. Cross-functional leadership: Coordinating across R&D, clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, and commercial teams.
4. Background in life sciences (e.g., molecular biology, biochemistry, pharmacology).
5. Understanding of biotech R&D pipelines: Drug discovery, preclinical, clinical trials, and regulatory pathways.
6. Ability to translate scientific data into actionable plans.
7. Aligning project goals with company strategy and commercialization milestones.
