IT Project Manager / Business Analyst

We are proud to be partnering with a well-established financial institution with a strong footprint across APAC. As part of their ongoing growth, they are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager / Business Analyst to join their Singapore office. This newly created permanent role reports directly to the Head of IT and offers the opportunity to lead meaningful technology initiatives within a dynamic banking environment.

📌 What You’ll Do

• Drive end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget goals are achieved
• Lead project meetings, manage external vendors, and collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business
• Analyse business requirements, map current processes, and recommend workflow or system enhancements
• Support the implementation of new technologies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and proactively manage project risks
• Ensure consistent communication across business, IT, and compliance teams

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 6–10 years of experience in banking, ideally within Corporate or Private Banking
• Demonstrable experience in IT project management and business analysis
• Strong communication skills in English and conversational Chinese to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
• Solid knowledge of banking systems, process mapping, and regulatory requirements
