Job Description:

Experience required

• Azure Expertise: Extensive experience with Azure services, including Application Gateway, Entra, Storage Account, Container Apps, Azure Postgres, Entra Privileged Access Management, Blob Storage, Event Grid, Azure Functions, Azure OpenAI, Azure Speech-to-Text, and Azure Private Endpoints.

• Infrastructure Tools: Infrastructure as code tools with Terraform.

• Programming Skills: Competency in Python or Java is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Azure Services Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert for Azure services, providing strategic guidance and technical support to internal teams. Drive the design, implementation, and optimization of solutions using Azure Application Gateway, Entra, Storage Account, Azure Container Apps, Azure Postgres, Azure Entra Privileged Access Management (PrivAm), Blob Storage, Azure Functions, Azure OpenAI, Azure Speech-to-Text, and Azure Private Endpoints.

• Operational Excellence: Lead efforts to streamline and scale our Azure infrastructure operations. Focus on resource management, cost efficiency, and performance optimization to align with business objectives.

• Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Quickly identify and resolve complex technical issues within Azure environments. Use Azure's robust monitoring and diagnostic tools to ensure service reliability and availability.

• Training and Mentorship: Develop and deliver training programs for colleagues new to Azure. Foster a culture of learning and growth within the team, ensuring everyone is equipped to leverage Azure effectively.

• Deadline Management and Pressure Handling: Demonstrate exceptional ability to manage priorities and deliver high-quality solutions on time. Maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure, meeting tight deadlines without compromising standards.
