AI/ML Engineer

Darwin are currently recruiting for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to support the evaluation and improvement of a new AI-based search engine.

The goal is to systematically analyze and label search results, identify problematic cases, and enhance the model's performance.

Must Have Experience:

• Experience in data annotation, search evaluation, or AI/ML training

• Familiarity with search platforms or similar.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to apply consistent labeling logic

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, labeling tools, and evaluation dashboards

• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Location: Remote

Languages: German (native), English is a bonus
