Senior AI/ML Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the development and deployment of machine learning and AI solutions that will power the next generation of our products. In this senior-level role, you’ll take the lead in designing innovative AI algorithms, building robust ML models, and integrating them into production systems. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to build impactful, scalable AI-driven features.

What do we expect from you?

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, including 2+ years focused on deploying AI models in production.
• Expert-level programming skills in Python (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data wrangling, transformation, and analysis.
• Solid understanding of core ML techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning, NLP, time series).
• Familiarity with MLOps practices, including model versioning and CI/CD for ML pipelines.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership capabilities.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
• Background in software engineering or deploying ML models in production environments.
