What do we expect from you?

• Bachelor's degree in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience with UX design.
• Experience with design systems that work across a product.
• Experience designing apps for Android and iOS.
• A portfolio showing experience designing web and/or mobile applications.

What will you do when you join us?

• Work with stakeholders and others independently or as part of a team to define designs for the requirements and solutions based on the team projects.
• Perform user research and observation of user tasks, integrating these findings with business requirements to transform the user's mental model into the user interface.
• Understand the crucial characteristics of users, their environments, and work tasks to drive an intuitive experience.
• Create delightful and elegant User Experiences.
• Design intuitive and simple user interfaces for web and mobile solutions, producing artifacts supporting a transition from the look and feel to storyboards, mockups, and conceptual models our developers can implement.
• Iteratively prototype designs for review with program owners and team leads.
• Leverage experience in prototype tools such as Figma.
• Utilize various cognitive techniques to evaluate user interfaces with end-users to refine the UI to ensure it complements the user's task, environment, profile, and needs.
• Display teamwork and persuasive interpersonal communications skills.
