Supply Chain Project Manager, Supply Chain Solutions Development – Gothenburg, Oslo, or Antwerp

Wallenius Wilhelmsen has launched a new business unit – Digital Supply Chain Solutions (DSCS) – with the ambition to become the leading orchestrator of outbound supply chains for finished rolling goods. We’re now looking for a Supply Chain Project Manager to help drive this exciting journey forward.

In this role, you’ll be part of our Supply Chain Solutions Development team, working at the intersection of innovation, customer value, and logistics performance. You’ll lead projects that improve service, reduce emissions, and optimize cost and efficiency for our customers. From transformation initiatives to designing integrated logistics services, you’ll collaborate closely with analysts, Customer Growth (sales and account teams), and clients to deliver tangible results. A strong foundation in leading cross-functional supply chain projects – whether operational, tactical or strategic – is key to success in this role.

What you will do:

To succeed in this role, you should thrive in dynamic environments, feel confident leading cross-functional initiatives, and enjoy translating complex supply chain challenges into actionable improvements. You’ll manage projects end-to-end – from conducting market analysis and engaging stakeholders to coordinating resources and turning insights into strategy.

· Lead and delivery customer-focused supply chain consultancy projects.

· Drive improvements for key accounts and support Customer Growth through pre-studies and value propositions.

· Manage projects from scoping to execution, mobilizing internal expertise and engaging with external stakeholders

· Help evolve our tools, capabilities, and service offering as part of a growing, dynamic team.

What we are looking for:

You bring a solid background in supply chain or logistics, a hands-on approach to project management, strong collaboration skills across cultures and teams – and above all, curiosity and passion for logistics, supply chains, and technology, with a desire to keep growing and learning.

You’ll thrive if you have

· A degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field

· 5-7 years’ relevant experience

· Proven track record in leading cross-functional supply chain projects

· Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

· A strategic mindset, with a passion for solving supply chain challenges

· Experience in logistics-heavy industries, especially automotive or industrial sectors

· We welcome candidates with a background in consulting, as this often brings valuable skills and perspectives to project-based roles
