Role Summary
We are looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager with deep expertise in marketing technology, tracking infrastructure, and advanced SQL. This role is critical to bridging data and marketing execution—leading analytics projects that span paid media, attribution, user acquisition, and data activation. You will be the go-to person for marketing data architecture, while driving insight, automation, and growth strategy with the wider BI and growth teams.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager with deep expertise in marketing technology, tracking infrastructure, and advanced SQL. This role is critical to bridging data and marketing execution—leading analytics projects that span paid media, attribution, user acquisition, and data activation. You will be the go-to person for marketing data architecture, while driving insight, automation, and growth strategy with the wider BI and growth teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of marketing analytics frameworks and dashboards to support campaign analysis, attribution, and performance reporting.
- Own and manage tracking strategies (web, app, server-side), working closely with product, dev, and media teams to ensure data quality.
- Partner with growth and media teams to plan and measure experiments (incrementality, A/B testing, geo tests).
- Collaborate with Data Engineering to define and maintain clean, scalable pipelines for marketing data.
- Support data activation projects through CDPs, ad platforms, or CRM integrations.
- Mentor analysts on marketing data sources, best practices, and query optimization.
- 4+ years experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or similar roles.
- Expert-level SQL and strong understanding of relational data modeling.
- Strong knowledge of marketing tech stack (e.g. GA4, GTM, Segment, MMPs like AppsFlyer/Adjust, CDPs).
- Solid understanding of tracking methodologies, cookie-based and server-side, and event instrumentation.
- Experience with attribution modeling, experimentation, or media mix modeling is a plus.
- Business-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
