What you will do:

• Take ownership of the production of two key reports: the Quarterly Risk Report and the qualitative part of the Pillar 3 report
• Coordinate and consolidate Risk Division contributions for the Group’s Annual and Interim Financial Reports
• Translate complex risk data into clear, structured narratives that support executive-level decision-making
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, ESG, and Data functions to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Support your team by stepping in when needed and contributing to various projects and tasks as assigned
  
  
  

What we expect:

• Bachelor’s degree (or final-year studies) in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• A good understanding of financial markets, accounting principles, and general banking operations
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Office tools; familiarity with Power BI or other BI platforms is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines in a structured, reliable way
• Analytical thinking — you’re comfortable working with both data and written content
• A proactive and collaborative mindset — someone who’s eager to learn, support others, and grow within a team
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on a Pan-Baltic level
