We’re looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who's passionate about scaling world-class engineering teams and building platforms that deliver real impact to shape the technology vision and execution of a mission-driven, fast-growing clean tech company operating at the forefront of the energy transition.

🔧 What you'll be responsible for:

• Own platform architecture: Ensure our software systems are scalable, secure, and high-performing, day in, day out.
• Champion automation: Reduce friction and free up engineering time through smart automation and streamlined DevOps practices.
• Align tech with business priorities: Bridge the gap between strategy and implementation, translating business goals into a focused, outcome-driven tech roadmap.
• Lead and inspire: Foster a high-performance engineering culture that values innovation, autonomy, and delivery excellence.
• Drive execution with urgency: Rally the team around ambitious goals and make them happen, translating complexity into clarity.

💼 What you bring:

• 10+ years in software leadership roles, ideally with exposure to energy, financial services, or real-time transactional systems.
• Proven experience scaling and managing high-performing development teams in low-latency, high-availability environments.
• A track record of delivering robust platforms aligned with measurable business impact.
• A mindset for growth, challenge, and continuous improvement, you're not afraid to question the status quo.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across tech and business domains.
