About The Job

You will be a part of the IAM Team that enables the workforce at Tele2 to access resources in a secure way. Together, we provide a great IT on- and off-boarding experience for the Tele2 business, identity and entitlement management. We provide services for protecting systems, i.e. privileged access management and access management. We control and manage our services from start to end. Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Develop and maintain robust, secure services in our IAM platforms to archive Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA)
• Work with Identity Management, Access Management, and Privileged Access Management tools
• Contribute to feature development, system adaptation, and automation based on business needs and security requirements
• Learn and work hands-on with standards like OIDC, SAML, SCIM, and more
• Collaborate closely with experienced IAM specialists and DevSecOps engineers
• Be part of a team that takes full responsibility for its services — from development to operations
• Support our journey in evaluating and replacing existing IAM solutions

We believe that you have:

• Experience with software development (e.g. Java, Python, React, Vue)
• Interest in security and desire to learn more about IAM
• Curiosity about infrastructure (like Kubernetes, cloud platforms, containers, etc.)
• A willingness to work across development, operations, and security (DevSecOps mindset)
• Skills regarding self-driven, collaborative and open to learn from a team of experienced professionals
