Key Responsibilities

Analytics Solution Development & Implementation:

  • Analyze functional requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop corresponding analytics solutions and models, including MVPs and POCs. Propose technically sound and sustainable solutions.

Ad hoc Analytics

  • Identify, manage, and utilize structured and unstructured data, considering information distribution policies and security standards.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis using statistical methods and tools to identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product development) to understand their data needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear and concise summaries, presentations, and reports for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Project Planning & Performance Management

  • Participate in defining the business case, cost model, and objectives. Define, monitor, and manage project plans, budgets, KPIs, and resource allocation.

Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing

  • Stay current with analytics trends and best practices to improve service delivery and share knowledge within the team.

Documentation & Quality Assurance

  • Create and maintain documentation according to defined standards. Supervise and ensure the overall quality of deliverables (if applicable).

Required Skills

  • Data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel).
  • Data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methods.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • A passion for data and a desire to use it to drive business impact.
