Senior Application Support Engineer β Sitecore
- Mandatory: Sitecore (Next.js) experience
- Mandatory: Arabic-speaking
- Preferred: Experience supporting frontend/backend web platforms, CMS systems, and digital content workflows
Senior Application Support Engineer β Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Mandatory: Strong experience in Java, SQL, CI/CD, Azure
- Preferred: Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM platforms, or Software AG is a plus
π Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
π Experience: 6β8 years in the financial sector (Securities/Stock Exchange preferred)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a technically strong and solutions-oriented Senior Application Support & Integration Specialist to lead advanced application and integration support across enterprise platforms. This role involves ensuring optimal performance, incident resolution, stakeholder management, and ongoing improvement of mission-critical applications in a high-performance financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
π§ Application & Technical Support
- Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise applications including WebMethods, Sitecore, CRM D365, and custom Java-based platforms.
- Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution within SLA.
- Conduct proactive monitoring and performance tuning of applications.
- Manage application health, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Maintain application documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge bases.
π Integration & Development Support
- Support development and deployment of APIs, REST/SOAP services, WebSocket, and messaging queues (Kafka, JMS, AMQ).
- Maintain and optimize Software AG (WebMethods) integrations, SFTP/FTP protocols, and ISO 20022/15022 standards.
- Contribute to containerization and CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps.
- Provide backend and frontend support for Sitecore Next JS, OpenText DMS, and mobile applications (React Native).
π Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (Digital, DevOps, Infrastructure) and external vendors for issue resolution and enhancements.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal upskilling.
- Promote continuous improvement through monitoring trends and updating best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelorβs in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certifications (Preferred): Azure, AWS, Sitecore, Microsoft CRM D365, Software AG
- Tech Expertise:
- Core Java, JavaScript, XML, HTML
- SQL/MS SQL, stored procedures
- Integration tools: Software AG WebMethods, API Gateway
- DevOps & CI/CD: Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
- CMS: Sitecore Next JS, OpenText DMS
- Mobile App Support: React Native
- Behavioral: Strong customer focus, collaboration, proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in diverse teams.
