What You Will Do

• Product Portfolio Optimization & Innovation: Drive continuous improvement of our physical products, enhancing B2C and B2B offerings through data-driven insights and AI integration
• Market Analysis & Strategy: Identify market trends, assess customer feedback, and work collaboratively with marketing and design teams to align product offerings with evolving demands
• Cross-functional Leadership: Oversee product development workflows, coordinating teams from concept to launch, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Customer-Centric Innovation: Develop forward-thinking features that enhance personalization and create memorable customer interactions, balancing aesthetics with functionality
  
  

Preferred Background

• Experience
• Strong track record in managing and enhancing product portfolios, ideally within e-commerce, print-on-demand or personalization industries
• Previous experience in printing industry - i.e. familiarity with printing technologies (e.g., DTG, sublimation, UV, or screen printing) is a strong advantage, particularly in launching custom physical products
• Hard Skills
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and a passion for digital product customization that integrates seamlessly across online and physical formats
• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and keep team goals aligned
• Soft Skills
• Strategic thinker skilled in market analysis and adapting to customer needs, with a keen eye for detail
• Empathetic team player who builds positive relationships across departments and inspires creativity and innovation
• Certifications
