Job Description

The position is to be filled at one of our locations or remotely troughout Germany.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with both cross-client and client-specific security requirements in close collaboration with internal and external security consultants
• Advise clients on the development, enhancement, and continuous improvement of their individual information security policies
• Perform risk management in line with company-wide and client-specific security standards
• Conduct regular audits and review the implementation of security requirements at the client site
• Establish and maintain a sustainable security culture within client organizations
• Train, coach, and support employees in understanding and implementing security policies
  
  

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent professional experience and at least 7 years of experience in the IT sector, with a minimum of 5 years in IT security
• Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 27000 standards – certification preferred
• Experience with data center operations and/or hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus
• Deep understanding of IT architectures, business processes, and IT service management (e.g., ITIL, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27701)
• Strong analytical skills, a high degree of initiative and responsibility, customer orientation, and openness to new technologies and change
• Fluent in German (spoken and written) as well as good English skills
• Willingness to travel within Germany
