• Collaborate closely with fellow data scientists as a key member of the Data Intelligence team
• Analyze user behavior patterns to generate insights for business and product teams
• Design, run, and evaluate A/B tests to better understand performance and user impact
• Translate data into actionable insights that support our mission to be the most holiday-friendly company in the world
• Work in cross-functional teams to develop new products and drive data-informed improvements across our website and services
• Promote a data-driven mindset across the organization through proactive communication and knowledge sharing
  
  

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience analyzing clickstream data in e-commerce, with strong skills in SQL (including window functions), BigQuery, and Python
• Solid background in A/B testing, statistical analysis, and applying machine learning methods to real-world user data
• Business-driven mindset with a pragmatic approach and experience collaborating with senior stakeholders
• Comfortable working with big data, building dashboards (e.g., Google Data Studio), and simplifying complex problems into actionable insights
• Strong communicator and team player, fluent in English (German is a plus), with a passion for collaboration and knowledge sharing
