Data Insights Analyst

About your new job:

You will have the responsibility of end-to-end project management (design, pilot, deployment) of DIA initiatives in the markets of Ukraine. You will lead the required change management for the users to adopt the DIA solutions. You will be responsible for delivering on specific KBIs and drive business insights for the various market stakeholders

You can be successful in this role if:

• You establish and manage DIA capability in the country to enhance cross-functional understanding of DIA;
• You orchestrate cross-functional support and alignment towards DIA initiatives objectives and drive proactive cross-functional collaboration;
• You extract value from each of the DIA initiatives—leveraging insights to improve processes and business results—and track progress using dedicated scorecards;
• You ensure an advanced analytics approach is embedded across the organization;
• You help establish data-driven and AI-informed decision-making;
• You connect the DIA Corporate vision with country-specific needs;
• You work closely with the Group Team to foster DIA deployment and consult on data acquisition initiatives;
• You help embed new DIA-driven processes and tools into the organization;
• You help establish a continuous improvement culture;
• You provide DIA insights to support local System CSR initiatives.

Our new team member needs to:

• Have a degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or similar;
• Bring experience in analytics and project management;
• Be proficient in PC software (PowerPoint, Excel);
• Have an Intermediate+ level of English;
• Be skilled in data analysis and tools like Power BI ( be an advantage);
• Think strategically, act proactively, and give clear, insight-based recommendations;
• Be confident in leading projects and presenting findings.

The main office of the company is located in Velyka Dymerka. Corporate buses are provided from metro stations Chernihivska and Lybidska, and also, from the city of Brovary and the settlements of Velyka Dymerka, Bohdanivka, Kalyta.
