Blockchain Developer (Ethereum)

We are looking for a Blockchain Developer to join our fast-paced, dynamic environment on a short term project. You will work on a socially driven, Ethereum-based utility token project designed to integrate real-world services—like therapy, coaching, and wellness programs—with token-based incentives. This includes smart contracts for staking, NFTs, DAO governance, and wallet/payment integration.

Our client operates in the blockchain and Web3 space, focusing on building meaningful utility tokens with real-world value and social impact. This project is aimed at delivering secure, reliable, and innovative solutions for decentralized engagement platforms.

Location: Must reside and have work authorization in Latin America.

Availability: Must be available to work with significant overlap with Mountain Standard Time (MST).

The Ideal Candidate Has

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in blockchain development, especially Ethereum and Solidity.
• Hands-on experience with ERC-20 token deployment and related smart contracts (staking, NFTs, DAO governance).
• Proficiency with development tools such as Hardhat, Foundry, and Ethers.js.
• Experience in writing and testing smart contracts with robust security and gas optimization in mind.
• Familiarity with Metamask integration and user-facing Web3 flows.
• Understanding of DeFi mechanics, tokenomics, and on-chain transactions.
• Experience supporting token audits and implementing fixes post-audit.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 preferred, strong B2 may be considered).
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Ethereum-based smart contracts for token mechanics, staking, NFTs, and governance.
• Optimize and finalize smart contracts to prepare for mainnet deployment.
• Integrate wallets and payment systems (e.g., Metamask, staking dashboards).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance platform functionality.
• Assist with token launch preparations for DEX/CEX listings.
• Implement improvements from audit results and ensure ongoing contract security.
• Contribute to long-term roadmap features such as Proof-of-Recovery and referral systems.
