Project Assistant - Blockchain

As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for leading key initiatives, supporting projects, or contributing to the delivery team. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in operations who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will report to the Project Manager.

  Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.

  Collaborate with teams across development, marketing, operations, and product to ensure project alignment.

  Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders.

  Support the Senior Project Manager in coordinating resources and managing priorities.

  
  


• 
  

  Identify and document project requirements, objectives, and risks.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor and report on project performance using tools like Notion, or similar.

  
  


• 
  

  Help troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth execution of project tasks.

  
  


• 
  

  Contribute to process improvements and best practices for project delivery.

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.

  
  


• 
  

  1-3 years of experience in project management or a similar role, ideally within the tech or blockchain industry.

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with blockchain technology and DeFi is a strong plus.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in project/productivity management tools (e.g. Notion).

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  
  


• 
  

  Basic knowledge of blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana) is advantageous.
