What The Role Is

You manage and supervise the day-to-day operations by proactively providing efficient and effective Human Resource Administration services to tenant units in the Army camps.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of administration functions
  • Provide mentorship, coaching and identify relevant training courses to upskill staff and NSFs
  • Review work processes to be in sync with prevailing rules
  • Maintain HR competency and knowledge management
  • Incorporate innovative thinking to improve work processes and services
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs)


Challenge(s)

  • Keeping processes aligned with evolving HR directives
  • Ensuring team competency and knowledge management


What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in HR administration is preferred
  • Strong competency in SAP and HR Information systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven leadership and decision-making abilities
