Are you early in your project management career and ready to work with real products — the kind you can see move from concept sketch to production and delivery?

We’re looking for a Junior to Intermediate Project Manager with hands-on experience supporting product development and manufacturing — whether in-house or outsourced. You’ll coordinate new office furniture projects from early planning through to pre-launch execution, working with teams across Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Marketing.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Tracking and coordinating project progress from product concept through to manufacturing and launch
• Managing timelines, meetings, and cross-functional follow-ups
• Supporting pre-launch activities such as packaging, SKU setup, and vendor readiness
• Monitoring supplier and manufacturing timelines (including outsourced partners)
• Keeping stakeholders aligned and informed across departments

What You Bring

• A diploma or degree in Industrial Design, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management for physical product development and manufacturing (in-house or outsourced)
• Comfort with project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana)
• Exposure to the full product lifecycle — from design and prototyping to production planning and delivery
• You’re proactive, organized, and love keeping teams aligned and moving forward
