Lead Product Designer

Well, regardless of what you call it, we've partnered with one of the fastest growing 'iGaming' companies in the world that's opened up a brand new office here in Dubai. 🇦🇪

Since the start of the year, they've hired over 15 new people for their new digital transformation team and they're continuing their growth here by building a brand new Product Design function from the ground up.

In short, they're looking for someone to help them with their huge rebuild (from scratch) of a platform used by hundreds of thousands of people globally. More specifically, they'd like to start by hiring a Lead Product Designer to take full ownership of some of their mission-critical projects (and the new design team that will be hired after you join). 🙌

👇 Here's what you'll have:

• 8+ years' commercial experience as a Product Designer (or equivalent title).
• 2 of those years must have been in a Leadership/Management position.
• A desire to remain hands on from both a UX/UI perspective.
• Strong (non-technical) stakeholder management experience.
• A technical background (whether it's a former position as an engineer or a CompSci degree) is a plus but not required.

💰 Here's what they're offering:

• 30k-35k AED P/M plus benefits.
• A relocation budget provided for candidates who are currently outside of Dubai.
• A remote-first hybrid position (1-2 days per week in the office).
• A full wider package including a bonus, visa sponsorship and healthcare coverage.
