Business Intelligence Analyst (AI) - Credit, Business Intelligence

Job Description

  • Be a subject matter expert in retail finance (credit) data and business.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points, define problems, and implement feasible solutions through data technology.
  • Research and implement analytical frameworks (user analysis, conversion funnels, A/B testing, etc.) to uncover business opportunities through systematic analysis.
  • Consolidate data from multiple data sources to create integrated views, reports, and dashboards to monitor business performance.
  • Work with the data engineering team to structure, curate, and optimize data marts to support scalable data applications
  • Develop variable tools/workflows and optimize existing processes to boost operational working efficiency, in both traditional and GenAI approaches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science/Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Finance/Banking, or other related fields
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in data analytics and data engineering
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python (mandatory)
  • Experiences working with large-scale structured datasets for advanced analytics and reporting is a must
  • Experiences on end-to-end data tools and data marts development is highly preferred
  • Deep knowledge in GenAI tools and experiences in GenAI workflows development is a big plus
  • Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
