Associate Director of Security Architecture

Job Responsibilities:

1. Security Architecture Design: Responsible for formulating security architectures for business and security systems, delivering comprehensive security implementation solutions that cover the application, network, data, and system layers.

2. Security Solution Assessment and Development: Conduct comprehensive security solution design and assessments, ensuring a balance between security architecture and business continuity, and driving the implementation of cost reduction and efficiency enhancement initiatives.

3. Security Capability Building: Promote the development of internal capabilities in data security, application security, security operations, and privacy compliance.

4. Common Issue Resolution: Engage in technical exploration and prototyping to address common issues and technical challenges, and develop actionable technical solutions.

Qualifications:

1. At least 7 years of work experience in the security field, with responsibilities related to security architecture;

2. Familiar with the architecture, design, and implementation of security systems, adept at addressing common and complex issues in the security field, with strong technical exploration and prototyping abilities, and capable of developing practical technical solutions;

3. Experienced in ensuring the quality and stability of security systems and optimizing costs; proficient in technical design, optimization, and evolution of high-performance, high-concurrency, and low-latency security systems.

4. Be familiar with common offensive and defensive techniques in the security field (including network security, information security, data security, security compliance, business security, etc.), possess an understanding of relevant business operations and products within the company and industry, and be capable of independently offering insights and analyses on industry trends.

5. Possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to independently oversee the implementation and operation of large-scale projects, efficiently allocate resources, and manage risks.

6. Proven leadership and team-building skills.

7. Demonstrated success mentoring and motivating diverse technical teams.

8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

9. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and collaborate in a matrixed organization.
