Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a company-wide AI-driven marketing strategy aligned with business goals
• Identify high-impact AI opportunities to enhance creative processes, customer engagement, and operational efficiency
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, content, analytics, and business strategy teams
• Introduce and embed AI tools, including automation, machine learning, and natural language processing, into day-to-day operations
• Promote AI literacy by leading workshops and translating complex concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders

Experience Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 5+ years in digital transformation, including at least 1–2 years of hands-on AI project delivery experience.
• Proven experience leading large, cross-functional innovation projects in a complex business environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills; able to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders
• Proficiency in AI tools and platforms (e.g., ML, NLP, RPA); experience with cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
