🚀 We’re Hiring: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Litostroj Power, a global leader in hydroelectric power solutions, is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team in Ljubljana. As CFO, you will act as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, responsible for shaping our financial future. This is a hands-on role in an industrial/manufacturing setting, requiring both operational excellence and strategic foresight.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Lead the company’s financial strategy and long-term planning.
Ensure robust budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
Maintain compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and internal controls.
Oversee treasury, liquidity, and risk management.
Drive process optimization, ERP usage, and finance digitalization.
Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.
Act as a key communicator with shareholders, banks, and strategic partners.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

At least 10 years of experience in finance, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role, ideally in manufacturing.
University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related; MBA, CPA, ACCA is a strong plus.
Deep knowledge of financial reporting standards, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and data analytics.
Proven ability to translate strategy into execution and deliver measurable results.
Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
